About Crown
Since inception, we have auto-posted exemptions or adjustments on over 100,000 credit balances, with over 1.6 million accounts analyzed, saving more than 20,000 hours of FTE time for our clients.
We Believe
There’s a decades old arms race between payers and providers and it’s time providers had powerful weapons of their own to ensure fair compensation for the care they provide.
Throwing bodies at credit balance inventory is frankly an irresponsible use of FTEs. Especially in a time of such critical staff shortages and when proven automation technology is available.
Providers take on enough risk. It’s time for vendors to give providers zero-risk pathways to better revenue performance.
Yes, speed is important, but we believe in optimizing for net revenue performance and patient satisfaction.
